2004 Febuary 10: Transient Detection added.
2004 January 14: Opacity maps added.
2003 December: Opacity maps added. Opacity maps are generated in the remote stations and copied to the server.
2003 November: Massive changes in the control software and the server software:
All images (light, background, annotated jpg, non-annotated jpg, thumbnail) are processed at the client system using "wolf", and copied to the server. The server is now only copying the files to the directories and generates the movies.
Star labeling was added to the annotated jpgs.
Photometry ascii files are generated at the remote machine and copied to the server via scp.
2002 December 23: The CI CONCAM has been returning much smeared frames. Upon much deliberation, we have determined that this is due to a reading/timing error in the ST-1001E CCD chip being used. SBIG has promised to fix the chip, but the CI CONCAM site might be down for awhile until a new camera has been installed.
2002 August 26: There appears to be an internet outage involving all of the ING sites/computers. There we cannot get data out from the CI CONCAM. We do not know how long this outage will be.
2002 August 18: An internet outage between CI and concam.net caused a service interuption. Programs have now been reset.
2002 July 27: Internet contact was abruptly cut-off to the CI CONCAM. We are investigating the problem.
2002 June 27: We have been testing this CONCAM on and off over the past month. It is the first CONCAM3 and has some new hardware and much new software. We think we have most of the bugs out and are now upgrading the software to go where no CONCAM has gone before.
